What programming language is best for social networks?

I want to try to create a social network, but I'm confused as to which language to use. I need help.

Javascript is a programming language. As well, although PHP is utilized mainly as a server-side scripting language, it is also a programming language.

there isn't one particular language that is perfect for social networks,youll need several.But most importantly php and JavaScript also html and css aren't programming languages.

u could use almost anything depending on what you find better php JavaScript java c# then for the front end bootstrap html5 angular js and solo much more
