we can do it bro.there is whole code available in Internet of snake eating a small thing and growing.the game which we used to play in Nokia phones.
the header file is graphics.h
you can find YouTube tutorials on it also.

u can also use sound.h and an app named cppdroid let's u create program in android, check it if u find it convenient...
