Machine Learning needs fast prototyping instead of fast execution. So, I will suggest you to go with Lisp

Python is the industry standard.
You might want to optimize the execution speed of an AI. Then it's fairly reasonable to choose C++.
But don't exaggerate, better learn just Python at the start.
