How to store user input html values in a js array?

I'm trying to create a login portal.
In which I need to ask the user to enter their informations and store it in a JavaScript array.
And then I gave a menu login, in which I'll ask to enter the Username and password.
After that I need to check the user name and password with the array.

Im going to create a sample page. it will contain list of questions, if the user clicks the question the answer need to display. if clicked another question the answer for previous question need to be closed and the answer for new question should be displayed.
