Am learning html and I could really use an explanation on how to go about this problem

Is it possible to like use a picture from my phone on my HTML code here and if it possible how can I do it. Also,is it possible for me to link pages together on solo learn and how can I do that is it that am going to link an entirely different code to another and please if it is, show me how to do it

about the images,you cannot upload images directly.save the images online through an app like Dropbox then use its src link in the img tag.
codes can be linked to each other by getting each codes link, then insert it in an <a href =""></a> tag
