If you want to make a game with python language, what app would you use?

I would use computer software not a cellphone app.

pygame, ncurses, cocos2d are some options. Not an app but libs. pydroid 3 has kivy available so that's an option if you are looking for an app to actually code in and not libs for games. Kivy is a gui framework.

Although not python I’d recommend godot as it’s language is very similar to python and open source
