Why do not create courses for C, Boostrap, Angular

I don't understand why new courses created by the community are not gathered to create courses like Sololearn's ones

well I believe it's better this way,assembling each lesson under one whole topic would make the author of the lessons difficult to identify

I think that'll take time. We don't have all the topics in those subjects yet, once when they're completed, only then I think SoloLearn would compile them.
