Some people think HTML CSS or JVSCRP are only for simple beginners because they're easy unlike other languages??

To be honest I think the goal is to exercise the logical thinking ability about solving a problem or developing a good code. I don't think there's any feeble minded who should start with HTML only. They're really fundamental for web dev.

HTML and CSS are not programming languages. So, they are very very easy. If you see, JavaScript is also easy. But, you will take time to master it. JS might be for beginners but it has a lot of use. The entire front-end web programming is based on JS (HTML and CSS are not programming languages). Python is also a language which is used a lot. But, it is also very easy. Originally, Python was made for beginners only and now it is used a lot. By the way, assembly language is not easy at all. Would anyone prefer it if any easier language could do the same thing ?

Yep of course. Although they form the basic structures of web development, they are easy to use too. However if you wanna try more logical things, then sure go ahead and start learning Java, Python or C++.
