Not really just this app doesn't tell you how to download Python and a special API/IDE
Pycharm is a good one

there are lessons literally before the questions to teach you how it works so you should know the answer

each lesson in tutorial has like 9 parts of which 6 are lessons marked with play icon and 3 quesions marked with questionmark
