Web Development Jobs For A 16 Year Old

Hey! I was wondering if it is possible to get a Web Development Job at 16? I obviously don’t have a college degree and I also don’t have a high school diploma yet, but I was wondering if it is still possible to get a Web development job? The languages I know really well are: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Java, Node.js, Mongo, Express, and a little bit of Python. I’d love to hear what you guys have to say!

Hey, I started internship with only basic HTML and C++ knowledge which was 9 months ago (I was 17 then, just turned 18). I'm doing really good now with Python, R and a little Java too. So look for internships in comparatively small companies, you have better chance there, and also you'll learn a lot.

Honestly, I’d say it’s up to your parents, because I am 14 and was recently offered a job, but my parents made me turn it down. 😔 So, I would say it’s up to your parents.

You will have difficulty getting a job for a company as they really want full-time workers, but it has happened. Look for entry level jobs in your area that haven't gotten filled. The more desperate the company the better your chances. I've hired people with zero knowledge because I couldn't find anyone matching my requirements. You could easily become a summer hire that works part time during school weeks.
