many countries have banned some apps and websites in thier country .i keen to know why?

About sites. Some countries prohibit them in their country due to the fact that there may be content that is not legal in their country. About applications. For example, in my country Tor Browser is banned (I do not use it anyway), probably because there can be found not legal information.

Maybe for some media rights.
BBC media are very high quality. But if u dont have a proxy in UK, it ist blocked.
Finally every bann or block finds its spell.
