You can use Sololearn's code playground to build python code or download the official python IDE from python.org

@Rezle Kuba sir can teach you python, I am just a noob in python. First you should finish your Python course and then you can ask for help for the concepts you didn't understood.

What I am saying is that you should finish your Python course and try to understand as much as you can by yourself, if problem persists you can ask for help. You should atleast get the gist of python syntaxes first.
