Can i do real program with intelij idea kotlin compiler?

can i do a complete application using just the compiler intelj idea??and if it's possible can i install it or i have to do it on android studio?

Infact, IntelliJ idea was the first to support Kotlin since kotlin was created by the same company , Jetbrains.

I don't know what kotlin does.
If it supports graphics ( which I believe it should ) , you will be able to do so.
