Can we use dotnet as a front end and oracle as a back end?

By "dotnet" I'm guessing you mean Microsoft's .NET framework, and no that's only back-end. The browser (what understands front-end languages) can only understand HTML, CSS, and JS. I'm not quite sure what you mean by using "Oracle" as a back-end because that's a company not a language.
