There is a bunch of IDE made and designed per each code and one's purpose. I'd say that going for most popular ones to try out one or two is an option, as those are popular for a reason. You may also check out the studios that develop each product and check out their other software available. However, keep in mind, that some pro versions may come at price, although some have exclusive IDEs for students, learning groups and even universities that are free for use, but have a number of restrictions. But as Pʀᴀᴠɪɴ Pᴀɴᴅᴇʏ said, if you want a good advice here about software and usability options and reviews of such, you should be more specific :)
