i think it is an essential part cause you need good ideas about that to improve the user experience and site presentation. gone are the days when text pages and gophers reigned. this is the age of advertisements and first impression.

we all need to take time to wonder about how even a split second delay in page loading or TTFB has a great reflection on volumes of sale on big sites. that's the reality nowadays.
