Having trouble

Okay first it tells that the head tag can only contained with non-visual element so why the title tag is in the head tag???? Please someone mind telling me this..

The head tag defines all the behind-the-scenes information for the html document. The title tag simply defines the text that appears in a tab window (you don’t see it in the html page)
