Which best programming language should a beginner start with really...?

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to be a web developer , try HTML , CSS and PHP. Maybe JavaScript and SQL. If you want to be a game/software developer , C++ , Swift , C# as well as Java is your best bet. Of course others include F# and stuff but Sololearn doesn't teach that. If you want to be a computer scientist , I recommend Python or Ruby.

html,css and python are easy to understand. so i prefer them for beginners.

A true beginner should start with very basic stuff such as HTML5+CSS3, Basic PHP, Basic SQL.. and then after grabbing some knowledge here and there you should be able to do more on your own.

JavaScript and Python are by far the easiest to understand, I'd start there
