My PHP page doesn't exists because its just a invented page and I don't know how to code in PHP, now i learn how to manipulate forms in JS. I think I have enough knowledge in HTML, CSS and JS and this is because i used JQuery.

You are posting code the a server, but you dont have the URL for the server

<form action="traitement.php" method="post" name="form">

The PHP Page you are referring to needs to exists, should have a full URL.
404 error means page not found

Probably not a good idea to use jQuery also while you are learning.
Try and master javascript and HTML/CSS first
