I know this is kinda dumb question, but I'm not from programming background and after knowing a thing or two about python I decided to learn another language. But o lord Im confused. Anyone kind enough to help a brother out? This would be cheating but is there a language as simple as Python which I can learn without devoting too much time on it? I hardly get 4 hours a day due to my shitty job. Help me out bros.

Like Python, JavaScript is pretty straightforward. Node.js is simple, but SoloLearn does not teach it.

In response to Jan Markus’s comment, as I had said in my original post, I use Node.JS, which allows the use of NPM modules, one of which (fs) allows access to the file system. If you want more information on it, I’d be more than happy to answer any questions I can.

@Jax Yeah, bro. I found HTML the easiest as well, but HTML is not a programming language. It is a markup language and can be easly learnt in like two weeks.... It is kinda cool.

Have you tried HTML? I did it and python, yet found HTML the easiest of the two.

I had HTML in mind but was not clear about it's usefulness in a job change.
