Is SoloLearn enough to master and know full knowledge of Cpp

I feel like the Google course is straight the point, etc. plus Google is full of amazing smart programmers.

Do you know a good site for learning Cpp because my friend said he used SoloLearn and now he's building professional exploits for a game?
