If you study HTML and do well so the next two things for you must be css and JavaScript and after that you will be able to create your own web page that may be interactive and beautiful too. You cab try php also it's not that hard but it just hides your html code so that everyone cannot see or copy it.

If you want to learn web designing you should learn html php JavaScript sql . and if you want to make software you should learn c c++ etc.
