How to change the dll name without source code and if i don't have source tlb files?

Question

consider, i am having release xyz.dll and i dont have its source code.
also i dont have its tlb files so that i cant create an interop of it.
if tried to create tlb and from tlb to new name dll import.
tlbimp.exe gives an exception like tlb is created from assembly clr and can not recreate it again.

so is there any other way to change the dll name.
