Why many peoples ignore ruby ? i mean it's a great language its like Javascript in my opinion.. tell me what you thinking..

Personally, I have a strong belief that Rails had a great influence on that. Unlike other languages, Ruby became known a lot by that Framework, so much so that in many forums it was normal to see questions about Rails with titles like "Ruby questions".

In a way, many other gems did not have the same diffusion and the ecosystem did not become so remarkable. That's a big problem.
