How do i code?

I want to start coding but I don't see how any of this has anything to do with coding?

If you don't understand coding, I suggest you start with Python as it's very simple to understand.

Go through the basics and have a IDE as well as and editor for Html, css, etc. It will ease your learning experience but as for a beginner use notepad in case of html, css ,etc.
