Programming wants 24/7/365. What you choose to give is on you. I spend upwards to 8 hours a day on SoloLearn. Most of that time is spent answering questions. I try for 6 hours a week coding or learning for myself. You need to spend a little time each week expanding your knowledge (30 minutes minimum.) Much more practicing what you know or learned (at least double.) Otherwise, you will end up losing it. The more you spend practicing the faster it becomes second nature and that is your goal. Make it so the programming flows out without having to think about it. The parts that require thinking is breaking the problem into solvable pieces.
