Try a standing desk
(If money is no object, try a standing desks equipped with a treadmill )
Keep hand weights/dumb bells near your desk and learn a variety of curls, presses, lunges, and squats. And do them.
Try an app that teaches you to do 100 sit-ups or pull-ups. Use your breaks to build up to doing 100 sit-ups a day.
Set an annoying alarm that keeps ringing until you touch it, and set it to remind you to get up and move about. Place the alarm across the room for you so you have to get up to shut it off.
Or, try a workout/keystroke monitor alarm on your workstation that pops up periodically with a modal dialog box and forces you to enter a password to close it. There are apps that will monitor and suggest a break away from the keyboard at certain intervals.
Make the password "I am intentionally deciding to sit on my butt and not exercise" or some other guilt inducing and non trivial phrase.
Try to enlist a group of people to walk with you at lunch, or to join in with your chosen regimens.
