Is asking to many questions a bad thing?
I've been here for a while and I have often been stuck on things for a while when I can't figure out how to do things. When I cant get a good answer from Google I ask for help but I do it a lot. Though they are mostly about JavaScript. Is it bad to ask for help a lot? Or does it make me a bad programmer?

I wish all people performed searches both here and on the web before asking questions. We would have a lot less questions that are duplicates and people would learn something that will help them for the future.
I'm a expert in programming in general so can make sense of the junk a search finds and that is a very important skill to learn. However, even the best experts get something they don't know and have to ask.
Don't waste hours trying to make sense of stuff. Continue to ask, after 15 minutes to an hour of trying to figure it out. If you find something confusing in your search, post it here and ask about it.

I think itâs amazing to ask questions. It means that you admit your capabilities (which many people, probably me included, never do.) Asking questions is the best way to learn and to make sure you understand everything thoroughly. And they can help other people as long as theyâre not spam or something.
Btw I love your user name

No, there's nothing wrong with asking. It is much worse that you stay with a doubt especially if you intend to continue programming (either as a hobby or professionally). And that does not make you a bad programmer, it just makes you a person in the process of learning, which is totally fine.
The main function of this section is to clarify the doubts that you may have while you learn (or at least I see it that way), so you are giving an appropriate use to the space.
Another thing to keep in mind is that although the space is intended for it you must ask correctly (I do not say it for you, because if I'm honest I do not remember seeing any other question of yours). But there are many questions that unfortunately can not be answered because there is a lack of information / is very ambiguous. Whenever you ask you should try to provide as much information as possible about the doubt you have, that way it is much easier for those who help to give an accurate answer.
