Currently learning python flask webframework which is back end . If i learn basic html+ bootstrap can i be full stack developer.

i heard with bootstrap we can build good websites with out knowing css, JavaScript, jQuery...i know little html ,css . i want to be full stack developer..i alredy know python, and learning flask webframework . if i use bootstrap can i skip learning of css, java script, jQuery

I do not recommend stopping learning CSS even if you use a Framework like Bootstrap. The problem with doing that is that all your sites will have the same generic look that the framework offers by default. And that is very negative, since they will not differ. Another point to consider is that Bootstrap does not replace JS. The framework offers you a series of utilities so that everything works by default, but it is not a substitute. In addition, it is convenient that as a Fullstack developer you know how to use JS (in the future you can learn to handle other Frameworks and libraries like Vue.js, React, Angular, which would boost you).

You need to know jQuery and CSS if your wish is fullstack. JQuery and CSS maybe is little boring but is not difficult. Affter need to learn JS.
