Developer Accused Of Unreadable Code Refuses To Comment

That developer isn't a team player...Which makes him not optimal for the job. If your code isn't readable to that of your peers then it's your obligation to comment to help the team itself out. Otherwise the team will have to ask the original developer everytime which is a terrible thing considering that others will look at it probably more than that of yourself lol.
