First, don't start by feeling overwhelmed. Learning several languages will be helpful, but that doesn't mean you need them all to get something done. I would start with HTML since its probably the easiest and least complex. CSS will automatically be added to that without even trying. If you're still going with web designing then I would learn Javascript and PHP next. For software dev I would start with Python. Like HTML, Python is very simple to understand and learn. Know that most programming languages have similar constructs, just different syntax. Once you learn one the others will seem easy to learn.
Two important things... 1. Learn one thing at a time and take your time with it. 2. Don't waste all you're time reading and watching vids. You will learn 5 times more by coding. Doesn't matter if you completely suck at it, code, code, code! :)

What do you want to do with coding? What did you start for, and what is your eventual goal? I can help a lot more with this info.

Well, for web development, go for HTML, for software, I would suggest python. But, just pick one, because you always will have time for the other.

Well, I suggest learning the following:
HTML > CSS > JavaScript > Python (the rest is up to you. If you wish to continue with software, go for java, and the different C languages, if you like web, go for SQL, PHP, and Jquery.
