Which language is easy php or js..?

Both languages have the same target: web development. So first it is recommended that you learn a bit of HTML and CSS.

Later you can learn Javascript without problems. At this point PHP may no longer be necessary, especially if you like to use technologies such as Node.js. Even so, PHP is not a complicated and you can master it in a very short time.
