Lots of beginners start with Python cause though it is high level, its synthax is rather easy to comprehend. I will just add this: Android apps require Java (and/or Kotlin) and iOS apps, Swift... Have fun! ☺

Do you mean coding in general? Do you mean web apps? Do you mean Android apps? Do you mean iOS apps? Cause you said app and then C++ and I don't think C++ is used to code apps so...
