Which os is more better, kali or ubuntu, for beginner?

i suggest ubuntu because it's more simple than kali and kali is used for penetrating OS not really an OS like ubuntu,mint linux,etc.

Kali isn't meant as a general-purpose OS. They even mention this in their documentation. The reasons are quite obvious if you look at the core changes they made. These changes are necessary to achieve what the distribution is made for, but for a day to day OS these changes are quite bad.
Some of these changes are that it has a single user scenario or by default disabled services such as Bluetooth or Network.

definitely Ubuntu, Kali is a forensic and security-focused distribution, it has a lot of tools that you might not need it
