Getting started
Well Iāve been taking notes and things on the C# course. I have the notes. But Iām not retaining the knowledge because Iām not practicing. What are your ways of practicing what you have studied and learned?

You need to put more time in. SoloLearn is good, because if you get stuck, you can ask people for help.
There is no real shortcut to success (although there are less and more efficient ways). Every expert that exists put a ridiculous number of hours in. They often sustained that level of focus and time, due to a crazed passion for their subject.
I started coding at 10 years old. That was once three decades ago. I spent several hours a day at that age learning.
