Please guys which compiler or server will be best for running SQL codes? Really urgent

I prefer prostgres sql. its very powerful and you can use pgAdmin in windows!

In android you can use sqlite is standalone, doesn't need a server the sql database is saved locally in your device.

For myself, I have a MySQL database that's running on a CentOS 7 server and it works like a champ. I utilize phpMyAdmin to access my database via my browser and then I'm able to easily configure my database and/or input SQL commands to it.
