Why should we learn coding ?

Like math, reading and writing — learning to program can be of benefit. Here are some of the advantages of learning to code:

1. It will help you think more logically.

2. You will be able to grasp abstract concepts more easily.

3. You will learn problem solving skills (this is what programming really is at its core)

4. If you have the aptitude for coding it could become a profitable career for you.

5. You will be more quick at pattern recognition and from this you will be able to more readily adapt to a chaotic and changing landscape <== Isn’t this a good description of daily life?

Many people think that programmers spend most of their time typing. Not true. We spend most of our time thinking about how to solve problems, the design of a solution and what best practices and design patterns to follow before we actually code.
