How do I get to the lesson factory

I keep saying all this different stuff about the lesson Factory, and I cannot figure out how to get to it. Can you from the app? Or only from the website On PC?

This is not supported on iOS. I have tried to find it on web portal but no luck. I only see it in android app using the path described by @Paul Jacobs
