Can you specify free online platforms for DEVELOPING APPS in Java, C++, Python, etc.

If you can please specify if that particular app can be published on google play as well. I will be exhilirated.

Yes. once. I Didnt find NetBeans so interesting even though it supports most language's development. I use Eclipse for Java and Clion for C/C++ development. PyCharm for python.

@shwetha Those are not freely distributed actually. Still, if you are a student, you can avail one year free license for all JetBrains software. there are 7 IDEs including those two.

As i know, there are no full fledged online platforms for this. but you have NetBeans IDE which can work around with all the mentioned programming languages and hence development.
