What better learn first? HTML? And then CSS or something else?

Well if you do learn HTML, you might as well learn CSS next too, and then probably JavaScript. Those three languages work together to make a website. If you're looking to make websites then learn those. Otherwise you might wanna learn other languages like Python or Java.
