How to work with files in Ruby?

Can we work in Ruby with files within this Playground? And if so, what is the path to the directory on Android where these files are stored?

You can't work with files in non-web languages, Because the code in executed on their servers.
You can install ruby on your computer or via termux in android(search play store).
