HTML issue

Question

Hello I cannot proceed to Overview, What is HTML? 2 questions 1/4 and in 2/2 each of 4 parts is disabled and also there is not a right answer, I have also made screenshot but cannot attach here? Is the learning paid or what? And it also says use 5 points to unlock the answer, but I am completely new user and do not know even where to take points from, do i need to buy them?

Please advice.
