I've used Sublime (love how fast it is) and Atom (love the packages and how customizable it is but it's slow)
I've recently switched to VSCode and I absolutely love it. Reasons why I recommend it for web developers:
ăIntellisense for TypeScript
ăIntegrated terminal
ăBuil-in Git
ăBuilt-in debugger for Chrome
ăFree license (unlike Sublime)
ăPeek View
ăTask runner
ăThousands of plugins available

Brackets, open-source and similar to dreamweaver, but free. Now supports the CSS import from .psd.
Netbeans if you use php too.

I perfer Atom or Brackets. Both are excellent choices. Don't use Dreamweaver like mentioned above. it's not free, it's outdated, and not used much now.
