Is it necessary that to be a good programmer/ coder one should must have great knowledge of mathematics?

Literally I am little bit good enough on maths but finding lots of difficulties to understand the codes eapecially in c++, java like languages...
But i m putting all my possible efforts to improve my coding skill..
I need to know your openion on this really....
