How much do you spend on learning and practicing in a week?

i think the cuestión explains itself.Those are separated questions tho. How much in learning and how much (if any) in practicing

2 hours a day just for reading and much more time for coding

I study for my master degree and when I get free time I try to learn different things so that I don't get bored. I sometimes solve some programming puzzles like advent of code if I feel like it. I used to watch anime when I get bored, but now I am enjoying learning and solving different stuff.
