Which way is better to begin career in software engineering? V&V(verification and validation) vs Development?
Hi guys need your opinion. Do you want to start your career in (verification and validation i.e testing) or in development? It would be nice of you to share your thoughts. To people who are already in the software business it is a request to put forward your views too. Have a nice day :)

You know I think it would be handy to have a course that just goes through what different roles typically do and what challenges they face and what skills and work styles seem to help most for each. Maybe it should also include how things can be different depending on companies - in my experience and from people I talk to development is different in a few ways in different companies.
Some development roles require you to be able to learn new platforms, libraries, languages and tools regularly. Being able to learn quickly is a big advantage in those roles.
Some dev roles you have to master a small set of languages and just one platform.
Some require you to have a good eye for how things look, some are the opposite and never work on code that displays things.
