I know nothing about forextester. And the third paragraph is strange. An API is an Application Programming Interface.

i just jumped into c++ and im not completely sure how programming works. Not using any graphics frameworks, but forextester has its own API. Forextester has lines, but I have to draw them manually. I would prefer that I create a program that draws lines for me. I want to clarify what this means- API for Microsoft Visual C++ is available. Does that mean I can test my code(API) using Microsoft Visual Studio C++ and therefore, I don't need to learn C++ at the moment? Hope you can guide me.
