Need help on using GitHub

Question

I'm just learn how to use GitHub to create repositories for maintaining the application version. My question is if I'm developing the app on my local machine, then how I'll upload or storing all the codes into the repo? I need help on how to store all the files into the repo so that other members can also review or working on the development.
