should i switch majors to cybersecurity ?
I'm currently pursuing a 2-year computer programming major (which is more technical and less theory) at a local college. I'm also a web developer and have deployed couple website to services such as Heroku and GitHub pages. From what I have seen so far through my first semester in school, a lot of the class are a little outdated and are very basic. I'm thinking about switching majors to something like cybersecurity which is also something I'm interested in and continue web-dev on the side. One of the things that worry me is not being able to get a job after graduating. I need help deciding. Any advice is very appreciated. if you need more info about the degree plane just let me know. thanks in advance.

Switching your majors is up to you. Do what you want to do. I would hate to be stuck with a major I don't enjoy. If you're worried about not being able to get a job in cybersecurity don't worry. Cybersecurity is in high demand right now.
