IP validation checker error

Question

so i was trying to complete the "is that an IP address?" challenge using "CodeBlocks" and i did it !,anyway i wanted to post it in sololearn and when i tried to compile it here it did not work and i dont really know why...
note that it worked well using "codeblocks"
